These guys were superb. They collected a sofa for us that we assumed would be a relatively straight forward job even though it was going up two flights of stairs to the loft. In the end, not only did it need to be dismantled to get up the stairs but Mark actually took part of it home to repair a long standing defect preventing it from going back together and didn't charge me a penny extra.
